This is our 5th year anniversary for our Psi Chi Chapter at MCU and as much as I would like to celebrate in person, we had to celebrated virtually to keep everyone safe. I am so proud of each and every member and I hope they realize that this is the start of their amazing journey in academia and beyond.

I hope that we will get through this trying time of the pandemic and heal together as a community. With our new psychology graduates, I hope they go forth and use psychology to help the community with healing from the rigors of the pandemic. There are still unmeasured psychological toll of the pandemic but I am heartened to know that we’ve trained the generation that will help the community and individual back on their feet. We’ll have much to celebrate together soon.
